Personal styling for founders & executives

A wardrobe that performs like you do.

Your wardrobe was built for a version of you from 4+ years ago. That’s why it gets you 70% there and never quite comes together. I help you rebuild it around who you are today.

01 · What brought you here

You wear 20% of your clothes for 80% of the time.

You buy from good brands, your ‘saved’ folder grows every night after the kids are asleep, and you notice men who’ve clearly figured “it” out.

But impulse buys never integrate, and chasing the right piece takes hours you’d rather spend elsewhere. So your usual uniform wins again.

Your wardrobe looks… fine. Lukewarm. Not 100% you, at least not the you of today. That’s wardrobe misalignment: everything evolved, except what you’re wearing.

You own some good pieces, bought randomly – and most of them fit who you were years ago.

Fewer, better clothes: each piece serves a real purpose.

A cohesive style that works for your life, not just a single occasion.

02 · This is for you if
The Default Loop: twice as many pieces, half the outfits. You grab the same old, get bored of your usual uniform and crave variety, impulse buy an isolated work or weekend piece, and it doesn’t integrate with anything you own.
The Default Loop:Twice as many pieces, half the outfits

You grab the same old

Doesn’t integrate with anything you own

Get bored of your usual uniform and crave variety

Impulse buy an isolated “work” or “weekend” piece

You’re ready to
exit the cycle.

The Default Loop means that two years from now your wardrobe won’t be worse, it’ll be exactly the same while you’ve moved further ahead of it.

You’re a founder at 9, a dad at 4, and at dinner with your partner by 8. Your wardrobe needs to serve that reality without giving it more thought than it needs.

Ryan J. · Attorney, California
“I’m happy to pay my accountant for taxes or a professional for real estate, but accepting this kind of help wasn’t as easy for me. In hindsight, it would have been a disaster if I’d tried to do this myself, in wasted money and time.”
Ben L. · Entrepreneur, Stockholm
“When we had our first baby, my style went completely out the window. Now I have everything I need to look confident and professional, even when I’m tired.”
Paul O. · Senior Manager, London
“I always felt something was off, but couldn’t figure out why. Now I feel more comfortable and confident in my clothes, and getting ready is easy.”
04 · What changes

Build a wardrobe that…

Makes you look like yourself, but better.

A visual signature built on your coloring, your build and your life – no capsule wardrobe template, no flashy statement look.

Gets you read accurately.

The investor, the board and the parents at pickup all place you at the level you actually operate at.

Compounds every season.

The pieces still work together seasons from now, with no panic shopping trips or new rounds of guessing.

Leaves no weak option.

Every piece is meant to be there, to serve you across contexts. So whatever you grab in the morning works for the full 100%.

My signature styling method.
For leaders who are done settling.

The noise, filtered out

Your Style DNA is the framework, your wardrobe runs on it. That means every decision makes sense: nothing irrelevant ever reaches you.

06 · About Rinske

I’ve spent over a decade
helping men dress better.

In those years I learned what quality actually means, how fit changes everything, and why most men’s wardrobes don’t work.

And especially the past few years I’ve seen that everyone teaches you what to wear, but no one teaches you how to build a wardrobe you don’t have to reinvent every morning.

So that’s why I treat your wardrobe the way you treat your business: built on identity, based on proven frameworks + systems, and accurate to your definition of effortless, timeless and versatile (because thinking they’re universal is the first trap).

08 · FAQ
I have good taste. Do I really need a stylist?

Most of my clients have great taste. That’s the frustrating part. They recognize good style on other men instantly and can’t replicate it on themselves. Taste tells you what’s good, but it doesn’t tell you what’s right for you, or how the pieces connect.

How would you understand my style virtually?

You share your closet and the references you like, and we go through them together on a 1:1 session. If you can’t put your style into words yet, that’s exactly what this part is for. When pieces arrive, you send try-on photos and I check the fit from those. Most men find it faster than a store, because nothing gets decided in one rushed afternoon.

What if I don’t want to look like I’m trying too hard?

When everything is rooted in your lifestyle and character (your Style DNA), trying too hard isn’t in the cards. You’ll look like yourself, but better. That’s not to say you or the people around you won’t notice the change. It just won’t be loud.

What about the clothes I already own?

I get to know you first and we define your Style DNA. Once the direction is set, it’s much easier to see what carries through and what still fits. You won’t be told to throw everything out. What stays and what goes simply becomes obvious.

How much should I budget for the clothes themselves?

The fee covers the service; you order the clothes directly. Most clients spend $7k–15k, depending on what they start with. You can set an overall budget, or name a few brands you normally buy from as a loose guide for your price point.

What’s the time commitment?

About 2 hours a week, 3 at most, over 10 weeks. After that, the 30 days of support are yours to use however suits you. The heaviest weeks are discovery at the start and try-ons near the end.

What if something doesn’t fit?

Sizes are based on your measurements, and I sometimes suggest two sizes so you can keep the better fit. We check fit through photo exchanges and a fitting session in weeks 7–8, and where needed you get exact alteration notes to hand your tailor. Returns are handled on your end.

Do you push certain brands?

No. Every piece is chosen for your body, your budget and your life, from menswear labels I personally vetted. Some links may be affiliate links; they never decide what I recommend.

I’ve tried buying better clothes before and it didn’t stick. Why is this different?

Because buying good clothes and having style are two different projects. What you’ve been doing is trial without structure. The Reset gives you the framework.

What happens after working together?

You keep your Style DNA, so you understand why things work and can make the next purchase yourself. You also keep access to your digital wardrobe portal, with your outfits, your full wardrobe and your sizing info in one place. If you want me in your corner after that, alumni get access to an ongoing membership and one-off packages.

Your wardrobe is the only business asset that works before you open your mouth. It backs up your track record, and between you and me… it shows you grew up.
